So finally made the investment in Teavana’s loose leaf tea! It is delicious and oh so healthy. No more diet pops or junk for me. I had to buy so much stuff it though. It was really expensive, but now I’ll just have to keep buying the tea so it’s not that bad. If you don’t know the health benefits of loose leaf tea, look it up!

Panera Bread
Ate at panera today and managed to stay at about 320 calories for the whole meal! Half salad, half soup, and french baguette. Sometimes it can be really hard to find healthy food at restaurants. Good to know there are healthy options out there :)

So I used to eat at chipolte a lot a lot last year and with all the ingredients I would put on it, I just looked it up and I kid you not that it adds up to 1000 calories!!! And that’s just one meal of the day… and now I’m only eating 1,300 calories in a day.. Crazy, huh.
