Not too bad. + feeling post-holiday bloatedness so the number should go down fast.
Yes I ate pretty horribly the past couple of days, but it’s really nothing that can’t be fixed. The holidays come only one time of year and overall I still lost weight over the holidays. Amazing.

Sweet Potatoes - nutmeg or cinnamon

Tried sushi for the first time last night.
Well real sushi anyways. I’ve only had cheap gross sushi before that.
We got an assorted plate. Came with like 6 california rolls and then a bunch of huge pieces of raw fish with rice under. Which wasn’t so pleasant.. Got sick like half way through from running too soon after eating. I need to plan that out better.
Bought my first energy gels today! 2 Cliff ones and 2 Gu ones. Excited to try them. Will use them for 6+ miles I’m thinking.
I am also currently at 36/40 miles for the month. Winning.

Update..
Been M.I.A. the past few days.. It’s break and I am busy. Somewhat. Enjoying being a bit lazy as well. Went to strike last night and lifted today with Ryan. I love working out and running with him. Makes it so much better!

Last night was gooood.
So happy to see a lot of my friends!
Drank+ ate bad but I do not regret it. I needed to celebrate and have fun. Back on track today. Today will be a rest day for the week. Tomorrow long run.

Big guy at gym: Dang girl you have lost a lot of weight! You've been hitting it hard!
Me: Uhh yeah.. ha.
Him: You are so skinny now you don't need to lose anymore weight.
Me: Ha.. well actually I am still trying to lose weight.
Him: I knew you'd say that.
Then he continues to talk to me about how he is a professional body builder ( I could obviously tell) and proceeded to give me some tips! It just feels awesome to have someone I don't even know come up to me at the gym and notice that I've lost weight. Especially since I can feel a little self-concious at the gym with all these little girls there and me usually being the only girl on weights.
Pretty much made my day.
All done with school. Yay! So happy right now!
